Silkscreen

LIberation from the computer
Seeking the kind of raw, honest design that simply cannot come from an inkjet printout, I challenged myself to take a silkscreen class and not use the computer. At all. Everything from the artwork to the registration marks to pulling the squeegee was done by my hand. That slim, unpredictable margin of error meant that my final pieces rarely matched my initial sketches, but I was thrilled with the outcome of all of those happy accidents.
